Unsecured Business Line of Credit (No Collateral)
Flexible working capital without pledging your property or equipment
An unsecured business line of credit gives your business access to a set amount of revolving credit without putting up collateral such as real estate, equipment or inventory. Line of Credit LOC is a broker: we don’t lend money ourselves. We review your application and match you with lending partners that offer unsecured credit lines to businesses that qualify, anywhere in the U.S.
How an unsecured line of credit works
Once a lender approves a limit, you can draw from it when you need funds and repay on the lender’s schedule. As you pay down the balance, that credit usually becomes available to use again. Instead of collateral, lenders look at your business’s track record: how long you’ve been operating, your revenue and your credit history.
Revolving access to funds
No property or equipment pledged
Interest usually charged only on what you draw
Repayment terms set by the lender
Secured vs. unsecured lines
A secured line is backed by a business asset the lender can claim if the balance isn’t repaid. An unsecured line has no specific asset tied to it, so lenders lean more on your business performance and credit. Many unsecured lines still ask the owner for a personal guarantee, so read each offer carefully.
Secured: backed by a business asset
Unsecured: no specific asset pledged
A personal guarantee may be required

What it costs
Cost depends on the lender and on your business. The rate, any draw or maintenance fees and the repayment schedule all vary from one offer to the next. We walk you through each offer so you can compare the total cost before you sign anything.
